Five Hour Press is not a publisher and will never request your rights or intellectual property. Your book is yours. Period.
Is there a set schedule, or can I go at my own pace?
There is a schedule, and it is part of why the book actually gets finished. The January cohort runs 90 days start to finish, and the five stages come in order, so you always know what you are working on this week.
